eSIMLab system status: what is running, and what is not.
Nothing on this page is monitored yet. It lists what will be measured, and says so on every row, because a status page that is green before anything is watching it is worth less than no status page.
Components
What does the eSIMLab status page monitor?
Five parts of the platform, each with the measure that will decide whether it is healthy. Monitoring is not live yet, so every row says Not yet monitored instead of showing a green light. When measurements start, the rows show real readings and this sentence goes away.

Provider outages will be shown against the affected provider, because a supplier problem is not the same as ours.
Incident history
Where is the incident history?
Every incident that affected customers will be listed here with what happened, what was affected, how long it lasted and what changed afterwards. Nothing is quietly removed. History starts when monitoring goes live.
No incidents recorded. An empty list here means nothing has been recorded, not that nothing has happened.
Right now
What should I do if something is wrong?
Check the order
Open the affected order in your workspace. Failures are shown with the provider's reason and retried automatically.
Wait for our message if storefronts are down
If storefronts are affected, we contact account holders directly rather than waiting to be asked.
Write to support
Support answers billing and delivery questions. Security findings go through the contact form with Security report as the reason.
Is the eSIMLab platform monitored?
Not yet. This page lists what will be measured for each component and marks every row as not yet monitored, rather than showing a green light that nothing is behind.
Why is there no uptime percentage?
Because there is no monitoring data to calculate one from. An uptime figure appears when real measurements exist, not before.
How will I hear about an outage that affects my store?
If storefronts are affected, we contact account holders directly rather than waiting to be asked.
What if an eSIM provider is down?
Failed provisioning is shown on the order with the provider's reason and retried automatically, and the order stays open until it provisions or you refund it.
