We build the eSIM store. You run the business.
eSIMLab is white-label eSIM software for travel agencies, travel brands and resellers. It is software, not a marketplace: our customers sell eSIMs under their own brand, at their own prices, to their own customers.
- No consumer eSIM brand
- No commission
- Your data stays yours

Why we exist
Why does eSIMLab exist?
Travellers buy data plans from a handful of large marketplaces. The agency, the hotel and the tour operator who actually advised the traveller get a referral fee once, and never see the customer again. eSIMLab exists so those businesses can sell connectivity themselves, under their own name, and keep the customer.
The software to sell eSIMs yourself used to exist only as a custom build: a development team, a provider integration, a payment flow and a delivery system, all before the first sale. We made it a product, so a business can own the storefront, the pricing and the customer list without hiring developers.
One engine runs every store: catalogue, checkout, payments and delivery. The logo, colours, domain, prices and currency belong to the business that runs it.
- An online store on your own domain, with no eSIMLab branding on any page a customer sees.
- An agency counter for selling face to face, with cash and card-machine sales recorded.
- A guest page with printable QR codes for hotels and properties.
- Customer payments that go straight to your own Stripe account.
How we are built
A supplier, not a competitor
The way a company is paid decides whose side it is on. These three choices keep ours on yours.
We are the supplier, not the competitor
We do not run a consumer eSIM brand, so we are never bidding against our own customers for the same traveller.
We are paid by subscription
A monthly plan fee, no commission. Our revenue does not grow by taking a slice of yours, and we never hold your money.
We say what is not built
Where a number is not confirmed, the page says so in words rather than printing a comfortable guess.
Our limits
What will eSIMLab not do?
Some things are ruled out by how the business is built, not by a promise on a web page. We will not compete with the stores that run on us, take a share of their sales or keep their customers' data hostage. The list below is what that means in practice.
- Sell eSIMs to travellers under an eSIMLab consumer brand.
- Take a commission or a per-order fee on your sales.
- Hold customer payments; they go to your own Stripe account.
- Show the eSIMLab brand to your customers.
- Lock your customer list or order history in to keep you here.
How we work
How we work with customers
Your data stays yours
Customer lists and order history can be exported at any time. Nothing is locked in to keep you here.
Published, not on request
Security practices and processing terms are on the site, not behind a sales call. The legal documents are published as drafts while they are in review, rather than held back.
Small on purpose
You reach someone who knows the product. Support answers are specific, including when the answer is no.
Editorial policy
How we write
The eSIMLab blog is written by people who work on eSIMLab, about running an eSIM business: pricing, selling at the counter, providers and delivery. Every article is checked against the product as it behaves today, not against a roadmap.
- Each article names its author, and each author has a profile page.
- Claims about the product are checked against the product before publishing.
- When the product changes, the article is updated and shows the date it was updated.
- No sponsored content and no paid placements. Providers do not pay to be mentioned.
- Corrections are welcome. Send them through the contact page and we fix the article.
Our current authors are Deniz Aydın, Head of Operations, and Alex Morgan, Commercial Lead.

Company details
Who is the legal entity behind eSIMLab?
eSIMLab is a trading name. No registered company details are published yet. The operating company's name, registered office, registration number and VAT number will appear here, and in the footer of every page, on the day the record exists. The legal documents are drafts until then, and each of them says so at the top.
We would rather publish no company details than placeholder ones. If you need them for a contract or an invoice before they are published, write to us.
Does eSIMLab sell eSIMs to travellers?
No. eSIMLab is software for businesses. We do not run a consumer eSIM brand, so we never compete with the stores that run on our platform for the same traveller.
