The white-label eSIM platform, in one place.
eSIMLab is the software behind your own eSIM business: the storefront your customers buy from, the provider connection that fulfils their orders and the back office you run it all from. One system, not five tools stitched together.
- Your brand and domain
- 0% commission
- Your own Stripe account

Overview
What is a white-label eSIM platform?
A white-label eSIM platform is software that lets a business sell travel eSIMs under its own name. eSIMLab gives you the branded store, the connection to your eSIM provider, checkout through your own Stripe account and automatic delivery. You set the prices and keep the customer; we run the technology underneath.
What your customers use
A branded store on your own domain: destinations, plans, checkout, a customer account and the delivered eSIM.
What you control
Branding, catalogue, prices, currencies, discount codes, customers, team access and reporting.
What runs on its own
The provider connection, catalogue import, issuing each eSIM after payment and the delivery email.
Storefront and branding
A store that looks like yours, because it is yours
Upload your logo, pick one of ten storefront themes and recolour it to your brand, then point your own domain at it. The SSL certificate is issued automatically, and no page a customer sees carries the eSIMLab name.
- Your shop name and colour on the order confirmation email, with replies going to your own support address
- Destination pages and storefront copy you can edit
- A customer account where travellers find their orders again

Provider connectivity
Your supplier account, one product list
eSIMLab is bring-your-own-provider. You connect your own eSIM Access account with its API key, keep your own wholesale terms, and the catalogue is imported from that account rather than from a list we keep.
Catalogue import
Plans, coverage, data and validity come in with your own negotiated cost next to each one.
You choose what to sell
Switch plans on or off. A plan your provider withdraws is flagged, even if you had it switched on.
Safe updates
A provider response that would suddenly shrink your catalogue is refused rather than trusted.
Sandbox mode
Test with eSIMLab's own test provider: no real eSIM is issued and no provider balance is spent.
eSIM Access is the one eSIM provider the platform connects to today. There is no second connector yet, so there is no failover between providers. If you work with someone else, tell us who: requests decide which connector is built next.
Catalogue, pricing and payments
You decide what to sell and what it costs
Your provider cost stays visible while you set your price, so the margin on every plan is something you choose rather than discover later.
Margin rules
Add a percentage or a fixed amount on top of cost across the catalogue. A price you set by hand on one plan stays put when the margin changes.
Currencies and discounts
Choose the currencies your store offers and create discount codes for campaigns and partners.
Payments to you
Customers pay through Stripe's hosted checkout into your own Stripe account. eSIMLab never holds your money and takes no commission.
Fulfilment
What happens after a customer pays?
Once Stripe confirms the payment, eSIMLab buys the plan from your provider and delivers the eSIM to the customer under your brand. Nobody on your side has to touch the order.
Order created
The payment is confirmed and the order is recorded against the customer.
Provider called
The plan is purchased from your provider account.
eSIM delivered
The QR code and manual activation details appear on the order page and arrive by email.
Kept on record
A lost email can be sent again from your store, and a failed issue can be retried from the order, without buying a second eSIM.

Sales channels
Three ways to sell from one account
The same catalogue can be sold online, across a desk or from a QR code in a hotel room. Each channel has its own setup guide and its own price list.
| Channel | Who buys | How they pay | How the eSIM is handed over |
|---|---|---|---|
| Online store | Travellers on your website | Stripe checkout, into your account | Order page and email |
| Agency counter | Customers at your desk, served by your staff | Cash or your own card machine | A printed slip with the QR code |
| Guest page | Hotel guests who scan a printed QR code | Stripe checkout, into your account | Order page and email |
Back office
Run the business from one dashboard
Orders, money, issued eSIMs, customers and the team that handles them live in the same workspace as the store settings.
Orders and issued eSIMs
Every sale with its status, searchable and exportable to CSV.
Payments
Money in, read from your own orders, in each store's settlement currency.
Customers
Accounts, order history and messages from your store's contact form.
Reporting
Revenue, orders and new customers against the previous period, plus your best sellers.
Team and roles
Owner, admin, marketing, sales and support roles, each limited to the screens its job needs.
Activity trail
Sign-ins and changes made in the dashboard are recorded: who did what, and where.

Learn more βDoes eSIMLab sell eSIMs to travellers itself?
No. eSIMLab is software for businesses that sell eSIMs under their own brand, such as travel agencies, travel brands and resellers. We do not run a competing consumer store, and your customers never see our name.
Do I need my own eSIM provider account?
Yes. The platform is bring-your-own-provider: you connect your own eSIM Access account with its API key, keep your own wholesale terms and see your own cost on every plan.
Does eSIMLab take a commission on sales?
No. There is no commission and no per-order fee. Customer payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and eSIMLab bills you the monthly plan fee only.
Can I connect more than one eSIM provider?
Not yet. eSIM Access is the only provider connected today, so there is no second supplier to fail over to. Tell us which provider you use; requests decide which connector is built next.
Is there an API for my own systems?
Not yet. No API key can be generated in the workspace and no public endpoint answers. Everything described on this page is done through the dashboard and the storefront.
