Your own white-label eSIM storefront, live on your domain.
eSIMLab is a white-label eSIM platform: you get a complete online eSIM store on your own domain, with your logo, colours, prices and Stripe account. Travellers buy from your brand. Nowhere in that journey do they see ours.
- Your own domain, SSL included
- No eSIMLab branding
- 10 storefront themes

The short version
What does white-label mean for an eSIM store?
It means the store is yours, not a page on ours. A traveller lands on your website, buys a data plan at your price, pays into your Stripe account and gets an email from your brand with the eSIM inside. eSIMLab is the engine underneath: we connect your eSIM Access account, issue the eSIM and keep the records.
| Your customer sees | Your customer never sees |
|---|---|
| Your domain, for example shop.yourcompany.com | Our name, logo or domain |
| Your logo, colours and typography | Which eSIM provider supplied the plan |
| Your prices, in the currencies you offer | What you paid the provider |
| Your name on the order email and the order page | Any other brand running on the same platform |
| Your help pages, terms and contact details | Any eSIMLab email address or support channel |
One sale, start to finish
How does a sale work on a white-label storefront?
A traveller called Deniz is flying to Japan and buys from a fictional agency, Northbound Travel. Every step happens under the Northbound name.
Deniz opens the shop
She types shop.northbound.travel. It looks like the rest of the agency website because it was styled to match.
She picks Japan, 10 GB
The plan comes from Northbound's own eSIM Access account, at the price Northbound set.
She pays $21
Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. The money lands in Northbound's Stripe account, not ours.
The eSIM arrives
An email from Northbound with a link to her order, the QR code and install steps, in the language she was browsing in.
She loses the email
She asks the shop to send it again, and the same confirmation arrives a second time. Northbound never had to copy a code by hand.

Branding without a developer
What can you change?
Everything below is a form field or an upload in your workspace. No code, no deployment and no waiting for us.
Logo and banner
Upload your logo and a banner image for the store. Order emails carry your brand name and colour.
Colours
Primary, secondary and accent colours, plus background and text. Buttons, links and highlights follow them.
Typography and feel
A body font and a heading font from the bundled set, type size, corner radius, spacing and depth.
Theme
Ten storefront themes, from a classic photo banner to a dark layout, each recoloured to your brand.
Domain
Connect your own domain or subdomain. The SSL certificate is issued automatically.
Store content
Destination pages and a blog in your own words, plus the help, install guide, legal and contact pages every store comes with.
Prices and margin
A margin as a percentage or a fixed amount on top of the provider cost, plus discount codes and pricing rules.
Currencies
Sell in your own currency, and offer more. Travellers are charged exactly the converted figure the page showed them.
Search and tracking
Page titles and descriptions for search, plus your own Google Analytics, Tag Manager or ad pixel IDs.
One engine, many looks
The same platform, a different brand each time
Every store runs on the same engine: catalogue, checkout, payments and delivery. The logo, colours, domain, prices and currency are set per store, so two stores on eSIMLab do not have to look related at all.
Every account runs one online store on its own domain, with its own branding, prices and catalogue, on every plan.
- Ten themes, recoloured to your brand
- A storefront per brand or market
- The same orders and customers screens for all of them

Why it matters commercially
Why sell eSIMs on your own storefront?
If you send customers to someone else's marketplace, that marketplace keeps the email address, the repeat purchase and the review. You get a commission once. With your own storefront the customer list and the pricing are yours, and the next trip starts on your site rather than in a search result.
Customer data
Customers and their orders sit in your workspace and can be exported as CSV.
Pricing power
You set the margin. Nobody caps it and we take no commission on it.
Brand recall
The QR email a traveller keeps on their phone carries your name.
Reusability
The same catalogue serves your website, an agency counter and a guest page.
FAQ
White-label storefront questions
Something else on your mind? Write to us on the contact form.
What is a white-label eSIM storefront?
It is an online shop that sells travel eSIM data plans under your brand while another company runs the technology. With eSIMLab you get the store, the provider connection, Stripe payments and automatic eSIM delivery, and your customers only ever see your name, your domain and your prices.
Do I need a website already?
No. The storefront is a complete website on its own. You do need a domain, because a store is only served on a domain you own, and a subdomain such as shop.yourcompany.com works. If you already have a website, link to the store from your menu.
Will customers know eSIMLab exists?
Not from the storefront, the emails or the order page. Our name appears only inside your own workspace and on the invoice we send you for your plan.
Can I run more than one brand?
Yes, on plans with more than one sales channel. Each storefront has its own domain, branding, prices and catalogue, and they are all managed from the same workspace.
What is not brandable?
Payment is taken on Stripe's own secure checkout page, which shows the business name and branding set in your Stripe account rather than ours. Activation instructions carry device-maker wording where they must, and provider terms remain the provider's. Everything else is yours.
