eSIM payments through your own Stripe. 0% commission.

Connect your own Stripe account and every eSIM sale settles straight into it. eSIMLab takes no commission and no cut per order: you pay a monthly platform fee and nothing else, and we never hold your money.

  • No commission, no per-order fee
  • Card data never reaches us

eSIMLab takes 0% commission on your sales. Customer payments go directly to your Stripe account. What you pay: your monthly plan, Stripe's processing fees, and what your eSIM provider charges you per plan.

The money path

Where does the money go when a traveller buys an eSIM?

Straight to you. The traveller pays on Stripe's secure checkout, the payment lands in your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on your normal schedule. eSIMLab is never in the middle, so there is no balance of ours to wait for.

  1. The customer pays $21

By card, or with the other payment methods you switch on in your Stripe account.

  2. Stripe receives it

Into your own Stripe account. Stripe deducts its processing fee.

  3. You are paid out

On your normal Stripe payout schedule, to your bank account.

  4. The provider cost is yours to settle

You pay plan costs to your eSIM provider under your own agreement with them.

Costs at a glance

What does it cost to take eSIM payments?

Three costs, each paid to a different party, and none of them a share of your sales to eSIMLab. Your margin is the difference between your price and the provider cost, less Stripe's fee.

What the integration handles

Built around one rule: charge what the page showed

The parts of taking money that go wrong quietly are handled for you, so a sale is either paid and delivered or visibly not.

  • Hosted checkout

Payment runs on Stripe's own checkout page, which carries 3D Secure and the payment methods your Stripe account supports.

  • The price shown is the price charged

A traveller paying in another currency is charged exactly the converted figure your page showed. Stripe's own extra conversion is switched off.

  • No eSIM without payment

Orders are only fulfilled after Stripe confirms the payment, so a failed card never issues an eSIM.

  • Closed tabs still complete

A Stripe webhook finishes the sale even if the traveller closes the tab instead of coming back to your shop.

  • Reconciliation

Every order carries its Stripe payment reference and an order number built from your own prefix.

  • Counter sales kept apart

Cash and card-machine sales at an agency counter are recorded as what they were, never shown as card payments.

Setting it up

How do you connect Stripe to your eSIM store?

You paste three values from your own Stripe dashboard into the payments step of your workspace. The secret key is checked with Stripe before it is saved, so a mistyped key is caught at once rather than at a traveller's first purchase. No developer is needed.

What you needWhere it comes from
A Stripe account in your company nameOpened and verified with Stripe directly
Secret and publishable keysYour Stripe dashboard, under Developers
Webhook signing secretCreated in Stripe when you add the endpoint address your workspace shows you
A live domainThe webhook address is on your shop's own domain, so the domain step comes first

Card details are entered on Stripe's infrastructure. eSIMLab does not receive or store card numbers. The security page describes the full boundary.

FAQ

Payment questions

Something else on your mind? Write to us on the contact form.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. There is no commission and no per-order fee from eSIMLab. Customer payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and our revenue is the monthly plan fee, billed separately.

Whose Stripe account is used?

Yours. You connect an account you own with your own keys, and payouts land in your bank account on your Stripe payout schedule. eSIMLab never holds the money.

What does Stripe charge?

Stripe's pricing depends on your country and the cards your customers use, so check Stripe's own pricing page. We do not add anything on top of it.

Can I use a different payment provider?

Stripe only, today. It is the one payment integration in the product, and no other provider can be connected. If you need a different one, tell us which on the contact form: it is a request we count.

How are refunds and chargebacks handled?

In your own Stripe dashboard, under your merchant agreement with Stripe. eSIMLab does not issue refunds from its own screens today, and a refund you make in Stripe is not yet reflected on the order in your workspace.

Does eSIMLab send invoices to my customers?

Not yet. You can save your company details and an invoice number prefix, and the prefix already numbers your orders, but invoice documents are not issued until invoicing is switched on in the product.
