What does it cost to run an eSIM store on eSIMLab?
Three separate costs, paid to three separate companies. eSIMLab charges a fixed monthly plan fee and nothing per sale. Stripe charges its own processing fees on each payment, and your eSIM provider charges you for each plan you sell, under your own agreement with them.

What is not covered by the plan fee?
The plan fee covers the software: the storefront, the workspace, delivery and support. It does not cover what other companies charge you. Those costs are paid by you to those companies directly, and eSIMLab never sits in the middle of them.

- The mobile app, which is quoted separately per build.

Limits
What happens if I go over my sales limit?
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. Once you reach the limit your store keeps selling for 7 more days; if you have not moved to a bigger plan by then, it stops taking new orders until the next month starts. Orders already paid for are always delivered, and there is never an overage charge.
Each eSIM sold through your store in the calendar month counts towards the limit. Upgrading lifts it at once.
Billing
How does yearly billing work?
Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly, by card and in advance. Paying yearly gets you two months free compared with paying month by month. Invoices with your company details are issued automatically, and the yearly price for each plan is in the comparison table above.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
- A monthly plan can switch to yearly on the same tier.
- A yearly plan does not switch back to monthly mid-term.
- No minimum term on monthly billing. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Tax
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other local taxes. Taxes are added where applicable based on the company details you give when you subscribe.
The mobile app has no list price. The monthly fee and the one-off build fee are quoted in writing before anything starts. It is available on Growth and Scale.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and a card is required. During the trial you build your store and test it in sandbox mode; press Start selling when it is ready, which ends the trial and charges the plan. If you do nothing, the plan is charged on day 14.
What counts towards the monthly sales limit?
Each eSIM sold through your store in the calendar month. We email you at 80% and 100%; a week after reaching the limit, new orders stop until the month ends or you upgrade. There is never an overage charge.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from the workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. A monthly plan can move to yearly on the same tier; a yearly plan stays yearly until its term ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Your storefront stays live until the end of the paid period, and your data can be exported before it ends.
Do you offer custom terms?
On Scale, yes. Volume pricing, an SLA and contract terms are discussed directly with us, and Scale comes with a named contact.
