Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There is no commission and no per-order fee. Customer payments go straight to your Stripe account and we bill you the plan fee only.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain at your store and the SSL certificate is issued automatically. Customers never see an eSIMLab address.
Will my customers see the eSIMLab brand?
No. Every page a customer sees carries your logo, colours and name, from the storefront to checkout and the order page.
Which eSIM providers can I sell?
eSIM Access, connected with an API key from your own eSIM Access account, so the commercial relationship stays yours. It is the only provider connected today; tell us which one you use, because requests decide the next connector.
Where do customer payments go?
Straight to your own Stripe account. eSIMLab never holds your money; the plan fee is billed separately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and a card is required. You build your store and test it in sandbox mode, then press Start selling when it is ready. If you do nothing, the plan is charged on day 14.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Your storefront stays live until the end of the paid period, and your data can be exported before it ends.
Is support included?
Yes. Every plan includes email support. Growth adds priority email and chat, and Scale adds a named contact.
